How we work
All quotations will usually be communicated the same day, usually within the hour. If this is not possible clients will be advised in the first instance.
All agreed project costs are fully inclusive of full project management and supervision including administration, printing, venue management, screeners, and any other associated project tasks. In the event that project requirements are changed or extended these will always be authorised with the client first.
We regularly communicate project progress and will also provide communications as per client preferences. The market being the way it is and dealing with real people in ever changing situations occasionally leads to small issues presenting themselves. In these exceptional instances these will be reported immediately and solutions suggested. However, we are pleased to say that these have always been overcome and the client completely satisfied.
All jobs are scheduled and fully detailed before commencement.
All respondents are fully documented to our internal systems and databases and tracked against your projects, ensuring you only ever interact with fresh respondents. Profiles of respondents that fit the screener and are available and are communicated to you immediately via our online client reporting system to which you and any assignees can have 24 hour access to. Comprehensive summaries of your respondents are also sent to you before the research commences.
