Qualitative ServicesAt MRFGR we handle a wide variety of qualitative market research including traditional free-find recruitment, in-house database recruitment, client supplied database recruitment, questionnaire/screener compilation & advice, CAPI & CATI, and the accompanying requirements not often considered such as, venue bookings & management, travel & accommodation arrangements, interpreters & translators, transcribers and much more. Traditional Free-find Recruitment We make sure that we follow your screener to the book. We will keep you updated daily of progress in the field and always report these findings accurately - we're not the kind of agency that reports we've got the 8 respondents for your booking when in fact we only have 4! However, we are the kind of agency that will pull out all the stops and work the weekend & nights if required. In addition to this we also provide both full back-checking & part back-checking of participants to ensure they are who they purport to be & to keep an eye on our own service quality provision. In-house Database Recruitment Similar to the above but instead using our own in-house database of respondents' details, detailing all relevant information specific to each individual. Client Supplied Database Recruitment. We use the same level of care and attention to recruiting from client supplied databases of possible respondents that we do with the rest of our services and will follow your specific instructions 'to the letter'. Questionnaire/Screener compilation. We can help you or create the recruitment questionnaire (screener) that will turn the requirements specified in the recruitment brief to practical questions that ensure the participants match the criteria. CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) CAPI allows us to produce results quickly and accurately using computers to input all interview data. CATI & Telephone Interviewing Using our 24/7 call in-house call centre we can undertake specialist phone fieldwork or CATI. |
