High-Level Medical Professionals Via Zoom

MRFGR were approached by a client earlier this year who wanted to recruit C-suite / senior board members within specific healthcare / medical sites across both the UK and US markets. Additional criteria limited the healthcare sites we could recruit from (specifically relating to size and output), whereas the individuals recruited also needed to be decision makers concerning certain medical equipment.

The participants were needed for short 15min online interviews via Zoom, and video/audio capabilities were a strict requirement.

Throughout recruitment, we kept our client regularly updated through daily communication with updates on our efforts and scheduled respondents in through a staggered approach, meaning that the client could begin the interviews sooner while we sourced the remaining respondents.

We worked closely with both our client and internationally to successfully recruit all participants for this research study and schedule them into slots suited to the client's availability. We ensured that all participants had devices compatible with Zoom so that they were easily able to join the session and fulfil the interview.
