General 1.1 The mrfgr.com website ("Website") is provided by MRFRG a division of AGENTC Ltd whose registered office is at Melton Court, Gibson Lane, Kingston upon Hull, HU14 3HH, ("AGENTC") 1.2 Use of the MRFGR Website and any AGENTC extranet sites to which you may be directed (together referred to as "AGENTC Webpages") and membership to these Webpages or participation in any other AGENTC projects or activities - which may include but will not be limited to Online Surveys, Product Testing, Mystery Shopping, Focus Groups, One-To-One/Depth Interviews, Workshops, Co-creation Groups and Usability Testing (referred to as “AGENTC P&A”) is governed by these terms and conditions of use ("Terms"). 2. Acknowledgement and Acceptance 2.1 By ticking 'I agree' during the registration process to register your participation as a member of any of the AGENTC Webpages, or by participating in any AGENTC P&A or by simply accessing and using the AGENTC Webpages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and become a member (“Member”) of AGENTC. Should you not wish to accept these Terms, you must exit the AGENTC Webpages immediately and/or cease participation in any AGENTC P&A. 2.2 AGENTC reserves the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or amend these Terms or any part thereof, with or without notice. Your continued use of the AGENTC Webpages or continued participation in the AGENTC P&A constitute to an an affirmative acknowledgement of any modification and your continued agreement to be bound by the modified Terms. 3. Terms of Use 3.1 AGENTC Member Registration Process & AGENTC P&A 3.1.1 To become a member of the AGENTC Webpages and to participate in AGENTC P&A, you need to register on a AGENTC website which includes www.MRFGR.com. 3.1.2 You can only register one account and in the event AGENTC finds additional accounts linking to you, only the first account will be used and all other entitlements to additional accounts - including any accrued points - will be lost, in addition to the additional accounts likely being deleted. In some cases AGENTC may ask for proof of identification before you can continue to use your account, in such instances the account will be frozen until such proof is given and will include a suspension of any claims for vouchers. 3.1.3 Only one person, you, the registered individual can use your account, with the exception if an AGENTC employee needs to access your account for administration purposes. If you do suspect someone else - other than you or an AGENTC employee - has accessed your account you agree to bring this to our immediate attention by email to info@mrfgr.com or a telephone call to one of our main offices. 3.1.4 In the event that someone else has had access to your account any incentives or points associated with this intrusion will be reclaimed by AGENTC and will be deducted from your account. 3.1.5 Registration involves answering questions about your personal, social and work life. Please note the only questions that are compulsory are your ‘forename’, ‘gender’, ‘month and year of birth’, ‘nearest city’, and ‘postcode’ which are taken on initial registration to the MRFGR.com website. It is expected that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information in relation these questions and will be updated when it becomes obsolete and no longer applies to you. 3.1.6 Should you provide information that is false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or AGENTC has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete information, AGENTC have the right to suspend or terminate your current access to the AGENTC Webpages and any AGENTC P&A that you may be part of. 3.1.7 You have the right not to take part in any AGENTC P&A. 3.1.8 Registration allows us to match AGENTC P&A against your profile type and will enable us to communicate by email, text or telephone call such AGENTC P&A to you, including the actual AGENTC P&A activity and - if applicable - any associated rewards. 3.1.9 The more information you provide to us, the more likely it will be that we can match you to potential AGENTC P&A and hence will be able to communicate these opportunities to you. 3.1.10 AGENTC P&A includes, but will not be limited to, (1) Online Surveys (2) Product Testing (3) Mystery Shopping (4) Focus Groups (5) One-To-One/Depth Interviews (6) Workshops (7) Co-creation Groups (8) Usability Testing. 3.1.11 Should you be interested in any AGENTC P&A you will need to follow the instructions communicated to you. These will usually involve answering an online screener to further clarify your profile type and your suitability to the AGENTC P&A. 3.1.12 AGENTC P&A are either anonymous or non-anonymous and as such will be communicated to you before you decide to participate. Non-anonymous AGENTC P&A are usually in the form of focus groups, one-to-one/depth interviews, workshops, co-creation groups, mystery shopping, product testing, usability testing and on occasion online surveys. However, please note, you will be informed what information would be disclosed to the third party and your agreement sort before you partake in such a AGENTC P&A. 3.1.13 AGENTC reserves the right to terminate any AGENTC Account that has been dormant for a period of 6 months or more. By ‘dormant’ we mean, where the Member has not participated in the relevant AGENTC online surveys, screeners or AGENTC P&A within the preceding 6 month period. AGENTC will attempt to contact the Member, via their nominated email address, if their AGENTC Account is at risk of termination through inactivity. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the user’s AGENTC Account will be terminated, and any accrued Credit will be forfeited. 4. Rewards 4.1 If you are successful in participating in a AGENTC P&A in most cases you will be rewarded. Rewards come in a variety of forms and include - but are not limited to - cash, bank transfers, other online transfers (such as Paypal transfers), cheques, vouchers, prize give-a-ways and free products. 4.2 Rewards are only paid on successful completion of the project or activity. The requirements of what will be deemed a successful completion will be communicated to you in the original AGENTC P&A communication for your particular AGENTC P&A. 4.3 Should you partake in any online surveys or provide answers to any online screeners, you will be assigned points. The points will be allocated to one or more of the following categories (1) Paid Points, (2) Prize Points, or (3) Participation Points. The way the points are assigned will be communicated to you in the original AGENTC P&A communication. 4.4 In instances where Paid Points are distributed, these are automatically allocated to your Paid Points account. For every 2,500 Paid Points you accrue you can request by email to info@mrfgr.com to exchange these for a £25 Amazon voucher which will be emailed to your AGENTC registration email address. The number of points that you exchange will be deducted from your Paid Points account. You can accrue any amount of Paid Points and they will not expire (unless in the unlikely event the company AGENTC Ltd should be liquidated). 4.5 In instances where Prize Points are distributed, these are automatically allocated to the Prize Draw for the project or activity that you have participated in. The prize is drawn dependent on the project or activity at hand and will be communicated to you in the original AGENTC P&A communication. Such draws will be governed by the respective terms and conditions specified and displayed for each prize draw. 4.6 In instances where Participation Points are distributed, these are automatically allocated to your Participation Points account. Participation Points are allocated to you to encourage participation in AGENTC P&A. The more Participation Points you have the more likely you are to be selected for future AGENTC P&A. For example, most AGENTC P&A have a limited amount of spaces and there may be too many respondents that fit the criteria for the AGENTC P&A, in this instance, in most cases, the respondents with the most Participation Points will be selected (unless the client or other third party who has contracted AGENTC for the activity or project states otherwise). 4.7 In the event that you are found to have fraudulently accrued points within any of the categories (paid, prize or participation) these will be deducted and it will also be likely that you will be de-registered from the AGENTC site/s and will not be allowed to join any AGENTC sites or AGENTC P&A in the future. 4.8 AGENTC may also from time to time adjust a Member's points account upwards or downwards in response to errors which Members acknowledge may arise. 4.9 In the event that you are selected for a AGENTC P&A, agree to attend, but fail to show, or show late, AGENTC will lose it’s fee to the client and in such circumstances - if you have the Paid Points available - an equivalent amount of Paid Points will be deducted from your account and/or you will be de-registered from the AGENTC site/s and will not be allowed to join any AGENTC sites or AGENTC P&A in the future. 4.10 AGENTC reserves the right to change the range of AGENTC P&A through which rewards may be accrued and to vary the frequency of invitations to such AGENTC P&A. AGENTC also reserves the right to alter - at any time without communication - the level of ‘Paid Points’ required before such a reward can be redeemed. 4.11 Points may not be transferred to other AGENTC registered accounts nor pooled together in any manner and the sale or barter of points is strictly prohibited. Points have no monetary value, and cannot be used for any purpose other than redeeming the designated reward. 5. Testimonials What our clients say "Over the past year, we have had the pleasure of working with MRFGR on multiple projects, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Their communication throughout our engagements has been excellent, always prompt and clear, which has greatly facilitated our processes. The team at MRFGR, although small, is exceptionally knowledgeable and dedicated. Their expertise is evident in their ability to obtain high sample sizes and deliver well-published results. What sets them apart is how easily their findings are translated into actionable insights, ensuring that we can swiftly and effectively utilise the data. Their speed of delivery is truly impressive. We consistently receive results in good time, which is crucial for our fast-paced operations. MRFGR has proven to be an invaluable partner, and their service has consistently exceeded our expectations. For anyone in need of reliable, efficient, and insightful research services, MRFGR comes highly recommended." Mark Heathrow Express "MRFGR have been absolutely brilliant! The videos we have received from their respondents have been perfect - they clearly brief their people really well and you can tell from the content we receive. They give clear communication & are on hand to help at all times. We give them some crazy tight timelines and they turn things around for us so quickly and without stress - even when the respondents are coming from multiple countries. I highly recommend Matthew & Paul - they're fab!" Olivia Confidential Client "When I phoned Matthew at MRFGR I was in a bit of a pickle. I needed to recruit 25 consultant paediatricians for telephone interviews (with minimal incentive) across 8 countries, two of which were non-English speaking. Oh, and I needed to have recruited and completed the interviews in 12 working days. Surprisingly, Matthew wasn't taken aback by this and set about the task with enthusiasm. Even against these challenging timescales, Matthew was able to deliver all 25 consultants - a phenomenal effort. I was extremely happy. And, more importantly, so was my client." Sebastian NHS "MRFGR were not the cheapest firm who pitched for our work, but I am happy that I decided to go with them. I feel that their database is extensive and this combined with their excellent client service means that they offer a higher degree of reassurance and peace of mind than other recruitment agencies we have worked with in the past. When we had a problem to resolve at short notice they did this very quickly. I would happily work with them again." Richard Vodafone "Hi Stephen Both groups went very well - a key client attended the first and was very pleased. Very articulate groups, really impressed especially considering it was such a difficult recruit (recruiting Somalis). The hotel was great too, incidentally, a nice place to do groups. Many thanks for your hard work on this - hope you feel it was worthwhile!" Luke Sky "MRFGR recruited four focus groups for our research across a variety of settings, including socio- economically deprived urban communities and very small rural communities. Despite the significant challenges these settings posed MRFGR ensured that all our focus groups were fully attended, and with a minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for recruitment work." Murray Nottingham University "It's always a pleasure to work with MRFGR. They are a great partner who consistently recruit high calibre respondents to take part in our research projects and workshops. Always professional and very reliable." Susanne Nescafe "Our organisation, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, has used MRFGR to support our recruitment requirements for focus groups and public events and we have always found their service and achievements to be excellent. They have demonstrated a commitment to meet last-minute requirements in a calm and professional manner and we would not hesitate to recommend them." Richard Solicitors Regulation Authority "I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the work that you recently carried out for us. Stephen Essex and MRFGR were recommended to me by a colleague. It was important for us to find a company who could understand and deliver our brief on a very tight schedule. Stephen demonstrated a level of knowledge and professionalism that gave us the assurance that this would be achieved. The result was a report that clearly met the objectives of our brief, was presented in a professional manner, which then enabled us to present the findings to our customer with confidence. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Stephen again." Amy Febreze "The groups in Chipping Norton went really well thank you. We had a full turn out to both of them. I would just like to say that we have been very impressed with the number of participants you have managed to recruit to these groups, your regular updates on the recruitment progress, and your follow up contact. We have also had very positive feedback from the participants about their contact with you. We will definitely consider MRFGR in future when wishing to recruit participants to similar groups." Rachael Countrywide "We have used MRFGR to recruit participants for multiple research projects with varied samples sizes and sometimes challenging recruitment criteria. They have a calm and professional manner, providing us with regular updates in the lead up to and on the day of research projects. Multiple touch points with participants approaching the study date ensures drop-out rates are extremely low with replacements usually being found very quickly if necessary. I look forward to working with MRFGR in the future." Theo e.on "MRFGR is the first external company we have used for sourcing focus group attendees. Although we have organised many groups previously I would definitely use MRFGR again. The costs were reasonable and the attendees we have received have been exactly the right target groups. The level of communication has been satisfactory too with regular updates leading up to each focus group. Matthew has managed all of the groups we have requested and there has been no issues. I would recommend trying MRFGR." Doug Confidential Client Google 125+ Reviews Approved Suppliers to: End Clients:

In essence, we use this data to: - Keep track of any advertisements and monitor which advertisements people click on when they visit our website. - Gather data on the traffic that visits out website so we can offer the best experience in the future, including: -- The specific ad they clicked on -- What keywords they entered to find us -- What specific device and browser they are accessing our website on to help with optimisation -- The exact time they visited the website -- The exact time and whether they completed certain activities (sent a message through the contact form, started a chat with our live chat function, clicked one of the phone numbers) When you interact with our website, wether in a client or respondent capacity, we may take that information i.e. your email, name, number, location and use them to inform the AI in applications such as Google Ads Customer Match, which lets us use the information that you've shared to re-market back to you via other online Ads, or help the application’s AI (such as in Google Ads) to help target Ads to similar people such as yourself (helping create likely buyer profiles for Google AI to learn from and to present them with highly targeted Google Ads). This is data is safe, anonymous and only used by the application (Google for example) for the benefit of MRFGR and does not share this information with any other providers or use it to help their own gains. Generally, these applications (i.e. Google) keep your data confidential and secure using exacting industry-leading standards to protect your user data. Google Ads specifically state the following information: Google doesn’t receive actual email addresses. Google’s system transforms the contact information that we have for Google accounts, like email addresses and phone numbers, into hashed codes using the secure hashing algorithm SHA256, a one-way hashing mechanism that isn't unencrypted by Google. Here is how we treat the data files that you upload: Limited data use. We won’t use your data files for any purpose other than to create your Customer Match audiences and ensure compliance with our policies. We won’t use your data files to build or enhance profiles of your customers. Limited data access. We won’t share your data files with other Google teams other than to create your Customer Match audiences and ensure compliance with our policies. We use employee access controls to protect your data files from unauthorised access. Limited data sharing. We won’t share your data files with any third party, including other advertisers. Google may share this data to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. Limited data retention. We won’t retain your data files for any longer than necessary to create your Customer Match audiences and ensure compliance with our policies. Once those processes are complete, we'll promptly delete the data files that you uploaded via the Google Ads interface or the API. We are also committed to ensuring that the systems that we use to store your data files remain secure and reliable. We have dedicated security engineering teams to protect against external threats to our systems. We store all your data files in an encrypted format to protect against unauthorised access. We won’t use the fact that a Google user is in your Customer Match audiences to build or enhance profiles about that user, and we won’t share that a Google user is in your Customer Match audiences with any third party, including other advertisers. When generating your similar audiences, we may compare the profiles of the Google users in your Customer Match audience with the profiles of other Google users. As with other Google advertising products, we may use information derived from impressions or clicks on Customer Match ads to improve Google Ads and other Google products and services. Research CASE STUDIES Blog FAQs Contact Us Submit Enquiry MRFGR is committed to the privacy and security of your data and fully adheres to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Our aim is to make sure that any data you provide is held securely and that you’re fully aware of how your data is used and what happens to it. Below are some further details relating to our data protection policy. You have a right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of any personal date you provide. You also have a right to obtain and reuse any personal data stored. What data do you store? MRFGR stores the data you provide on sign-up. This includes your email address, forename, gender, date of birth, nationality, country, postcode and the password for your MRFGR.com user account (however please note that your user account password is encrypted and cannot be viewed by MRFGR employees). - We need to process the information you provide on sign-up in certain ways to provide our services to you, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. This is under the, "Performance of a contract" lawful basis and this processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and us. - We rely on your consent when processing data which you provide when applying for paid market research opportunities through the MRFGR.com website (i.e. your answers to 'screening questionnaires') - In certain cases we may process your information where necessary to further legitimate interests where those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests. This involves notifying you of any important news relating to the MRFGR.com website, your account, and notifying you of local and relevant paid market research opportunities only (as opposed to 'all' market research opportunities). In addition to this, you can chose to provide further information relating to your work, utilities and services, interests and hobbies so that we can better match market research opportunities to your profile (e.g. if we're looking for Tesco shoppers and we can see that you shop with Tesco, we will notify you of that particular opportunity first). However this data is purely optional and only stored if you choose to provide it. MRFGR stores your responses to screening questionnaires for a short period. We also store certain data when you submit a message to us through the contact form, including your email address, name, contact number, and current IP address. How long do you store my data for? Your login and registration details are stored indefinitely unless you chose to delete your MRFGR.com account. This data includes your email address, forename, gender, date of birth, nationality, country, postcode and the encrypted password of your MRFGR.com account (which isn’t viewable to MRFGR employees). Your profile details (which you can optionally provide) are stored indefinitely unless you decide to actively delete these from the, “Your Profile” section of your account, or until you decide to delete your MRFGR.com account. All of your responses to recruitment screeners and screening questionnaires are stored for a period of 3 months, after which they are deleted. In rare instances the data retention period on certain screening questionnaires might be longer (particularly for projects which run for more than 3 months) but you will always be informed of the finalised retention period before completing that specific screening questionnaire. What do you actually use my data for? MRFGR processes your registration data so that we can get in touch with you regarding relevant paid market research projects that you might be interested in, allow you to access your account on the MRFGR.com website and to allow you to apply for paid market research through our webpages. We also use information you provide to target you with relevant market research opportunities (for example, if we're looking for students, we will specifically target those who have identified as a student on their profile first). The details you provide in a screening questionnaire are only used to assess your suitability for a market research project against previously set criteria. You will complete a consent form whenever applying for a market research project which will provide more specific information about how your data will be used. How can I see what data is stored by MRFGR.com? All of the data you have provided can be viewed from the, “Your Profile” section of your account. Click on the relevant section (e.g. “My Work Profile”) and you can view what data you have provided on that particular section. If you would like to view the data that you have provided in a screening questionnaire, you will need to make a request to view this information through info@mrfgr.com . Please note that requests to view held data can take up to 48 hours to complete and requests to view the data will need to be made from the email account associated with that data. If you no longer have access to that email account but still wish to view that data, please contact info@mrfgr.com and a member of the team will assist you with your request. How can I update my data? You can update or change any data you have provided by visiting the, “Your profile” section of your account. If you wish to change or update the data you provided in a screening questionnaire, please contact a member of the MRFGR team via email (info@mrfgr.com ) or by contacting one of our office numbers. If you are unable to access your account you can contact a member of the MRFGR.com team and request an account deletion this way (via info@mrfgr.com ). Your account will be deleted as soon as possible after receiving your request but may take up to 24 hours in some cases. Account deletion erases all information pertaining to that account. If you delete your account and change your mind, you can always sign-up once more but please note that you will need to provide your details again. We’re unable to restore your details after account deletion. How secure is my data? Your data is fully secure at all times. MRFGR uses cutting-edge encryption and your security is our number one priority. There are instances when the information you provide in a screening questionnaire will need to be passed onto the client so that they can approve you for a market research project. However we will always obtain your consent beforehand and you will always be made fully aware of who your data will be sent to, how it will be used, how long it will be held for, and what your rights are. MRFGR always ensures that they will take your privacy as seriously as we do and comply with data protection laws. You are fully able to decline consent on any given instance. However nothing in this Agreement relating to the confidentiality of information shall prevent or hinder MRFGR from complying with its legal obligations as to disclosure or otherwise under the GDPR. A note on Google Ads We use Google Analytics to ensure our marketing efforts are reaching the right people. As part of this, we collect specific visitor cookie data, such as where they come from, how they found us, and what words they searched on search engines such as Google to find our website. Google Analytics collects this data generally and it is not used to identify you as a specific person. I would recommend trying MRFGR." Doug Confidential Client Google 125+ Reviews

Susanne Nescafe "Our organisation, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, has used MRFGR to support our recruitment requirements for focus groups and public events and we have always found their service and achievements to be excellent.

Research CASE STUDIES Blog FAQs Contact Us Submit Enquiry Below is one of many market research case studies we've worked on. Market Research Case Study All 40 required respondents were successfully recruited and participated in the study, providing valuable insights to our client. Our end-to-end management of recruitment, moderation, translation, and logistics allowed the research to proceed smoothly across two international markets. By expertly handling the complexities of multilingual and multi-country research, we ensured that the client obtained high-quality, reliable data from healthcare professionals and patients. This case study highlights our ability to manage complex, international research projects—ensuring precision, efficiency, and a seamless experience for both clients and respondents. RESULT Our team executed a targeted recruitment strategy to ensure that all respondents met the highly specific criteria required for the study. Given the niche nature of the healthcare professionals and patients involved, we leveraged our extensive network and expertise to secure engaged and qualified participants across both countries. To ensure a seamless research process, we provided full moderation services, including managing live translation for non-English-speaking respondents. We also handled the translation of essential study materials, including screeners and discussion guides, to ensure clarity and consistency across both language groups. Additionally, we managed the complex logistics of shipping and delivering mock injection devices to respondents ahead of their interviews, ensuring they had the necessary materials to participate effectively in the study. RESEARCH A US-based client approached us to manage a complex research project spanning the UK and Spain. The study required the recruitment of 40 highly specialised respondents, including mid-to-high-level healthcare professionals—such as Dermatologists, Rheumatologists, Hematologists, Neurologists, and nurses—as well as specific patient groups, including those with Warm Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (wAIHA), Bullous Pemphigoid (BP), and Inflammatory Myopathy (IIM). Beyond recruitment, the project also required us to coordinate multiple logistical elements, including moderation, live translation, translation of screeners and discussion guides, and the management of shipping and delivery of mock injection devices, which respondents needed to have during their interviews. REQUIREMENT Market Research Design & Strategy, Project Management, Respondent Recruitment, Moderation, International Research TAGS: A US-based client tasked us with recruiting 40 hard-to-reach healthcare professionals and patients with rare conditions across the UK and Spain. Through highly targeted sourcing, multilingual coordination, and live moderation with simultaneous translation, we ensured smooth and effective interviews in both languages. We managed all logistics, including international shipping of mock injection devices, and oversaw the entire process from recruitment to delivery. The project delivered rich, actionable insights, demonstrating our expertise in conducting complex, multi-market healthcare research with seamless cross-border coordination. International Medical Research International Healthcare Research Recruitment & Interview Management { "nodes": [] } PROJECT DEEP-DIVE A US-based client commissioned us to recruit 40 hard-to-reach respondents—including healthcare professionals and patients with rare conditions—across both the UK and Spain. 1. A Complex Global Brief We sourced dermatologists, rheumatologists, neurologists, haematologists, nurses, and specific patient groups, all meeting narrow medical and demographic criteria. 2. Highly Targeted Recruitment We translated discussion guides and screeners into Spanish, enabling us to conduct interviews seamlessly in both languages and ensure participant clarity. 3. Multilingual Coordination Live moderation services included simultaneous translation for non-English speakers, providing real-time support for both researchers and respondents. 4. Full Moderation & Translation A key element of the study involved the use of mock injection devices. We coordinated international shipping and ensured all participants received the correct materials ahead of their interviews. 5. Logistics & Materials Management From recruitment and moderation to translation and delivery, we managed every stage of the process—allowing the client to focus solely on the research. 6. Get Started with Us Today Testimonials What our clients say "Over the past year, we have had the pleasure of working with MRFGR on multiple projects, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
